Hi, I received BCH in my bitcoin.de account when the fork occurred but at some stage it just seemed to disappear from my account. I've emailed bitcoin.de with this query but have received no response. Has anyone else experienced the same or even better know how I can claim my BCH back? Thanks.

Actually this thread tells me what's happening if you use chrome & let it translate.. Bottom line at this stage is that the trading platform for BTG on bitcoin.de at time of writing is in beta testing.

Hi, I've emailed bitcoin.de with this query but no response. I have BTG in my bitcoin.de account from the fork. I don't think it's going to be a winner so I'd like to disburse to another exchange but the there's no option for disbursement of my BTG. How am I supposed to transfer or even cash this asset? Thanks.
