Hello, I have a question regarding the mining of transactions. Let's say we have 2 Miners: Miner 1: 10 Bitcoin, Miner 2: 0 Bitcoin. Let's assume Miner 1 sends 5 Bitcoin to Miner 2. It takes time (10 minutes approx.) until the transaction is getting put into the blockchain. But is it possible for Miner 2 to already spend the 5 Bitcoin he got from Miner 1? Or does he have to wait until the transaction is in the blockchain?
