    I have the same issues with bitcoin.de. They don't respond to my support tickets since 2019. I don't get any password reset e-mail from them. I think they have blocked my account and funds. But I don't get any reply of confirmation. I am thinking to put a lawyer on this case. Anyone here with a suggestion for a German lawyer?

    There fellow Bitcoiners, I got some issues with Bitcoin.de. I forgot my password, therefore I am trying to reset the password, but the system doesn't respond anymore. It doesn't send out the confirmation code needed to reset. But when I e-mail customerservice they don't reply. I know my account have been under investigation in the past(2015). But now I cannot withdraw my funds, 26Btc(!). Nobody wants to contact me, what can I do? Regards, 020BTC
