Am 22.01.2023 per Mail angekündigt das Sie ab sofort dabei sind die Fiat-Anbieter zu wechseln. Ab sofort ist wirklich Frech! Am 25.01.2023 per Mail bestätigt, dass alles immigriert wurde und das neue Einzahlungskonto in der App angezeigt wird. Hab gestern mal eine kleine Testüberweisung durchgeführt. Ich warte noch..

Meine Physical Card ist leider erst auf dem Weg. Virtual Card heute morgen zum bestellen benutzt. Eine Meldung wie bei dir taucht bei mir nicht auf.

Bei CDC hampele ich jetzt seit 15 min mit dem Supportchat rum. Das ist bei denen gerade echt nicht einfach 🙄

Die Adressänderung hat super geklappt und keine 5 Minuten gedauert. Im Supportchat das Anliegen ausgewählt und ausgesucht mit welchen Dokument ich das belegen möchte. Dokument hochgeladen und innerhalb von zwei Minuten die Bestätigungsmail erhalten.
