Hi all UPDATE: bitcoin.de finally replied, said they never received notice from my bank. I guess it must have been in their spam or simply faulty systems...? Anyway, my bank sent confirmation again, and then the same day I was Completely Identified. So well, no learnings, you have to be lucky to not need up in human errors (which are fair I guess). I am not happy seeing a sales-opportunity at 800 EUR fly away due to bitcoin.de NOT having the system in order. My bank responsible has forwarded the email she replied on Dec 3rd (confirming her signature and thus my identity) - there is nothing to argue about, bitcoin.de messed this one up. Instead of being Completely Identified on Dec 3rd, I was waiting, waiting and waiting until Dec 16th....... But well, my life goes on and Merry Christmas. -Simon

Hi, I used my Danish bank called Jyske Bank. No problems, they signed the form and sent the papers. And as I have said, the same person in the bank was later contacted by bitcoin.de / BitCoin Deutschland and she confirmed her signature via email and thus that the identification was legit. But, still no word from you at bitcoin.de, I really do not understand why. I guess I will just have to wait more....? Maybe I can ask you guys on the forum, how long did your Full ID take to complete?? Maybe I am put at the end of the pile because I am not German? - Simon

Yes, I have the same problem! :mad: I have now waited 13 business days, and contacted Support twice. No reply... I even called my bank (who identified me and sent the papers), and the confirmed that they have indeed been contacted by Bitcoin Deutschland 1 week ago, and confirmed my identity! So I do not understand what is wrong, why am I not yet Completely Identified???. I have gotten no information from you, but cannot trade here, and will just have to use mtgox instead. My patience is running out. Please bitcoin.de - I am from Denmark, I believed that a German börse would have everything in fine order. But maybe I was wrong? :confused: Best, Simon
