Silenced by Bitcoin.de, Funds still in account

There fellow Bitcoiners,

I got some issues with Bitcoin.de. I forgot my password, therefore I am trying to reset the password, but the system doesn't respond anymore.
It doesn't send out the confirmation code needed to reset. But when I e-mail customerservice they don't reply. I know my account have been under investigation in the past(2015).
But now I cannot withdraw my funds, 26Btc(!).
Nobody wants to contact me, what can I do?

It's a bit of a problem, when you forgot your password. Do you have the 2FA device still?

The support has to investigate this, to make sure, that nobody hijacks your account. Until this happened, you will probably not get much information from them. I can't give you much more advice than

- don't spam them
- stay polite and cooperative

but keep reminding the support that you are still waiting.

im waitingsince  4 months that bitcoin support cashout my funds.

they play with you.   be prepared to wait a long time for cashout
