Finde ich heftig ging um 200 USD in Litecoin und die wollen den Herkunftsnachweis. In diesen Fall war es Cloudbet also ich konnte das nachweisen aber ich hab meine Coins von dort abgezogen. Ich habe ein vielfasches über Youhodler z.b transferiert und nie kamen solche Nachfragen.

Bei Auszahlung der Litecoins das gleiche

Die merken auch nichts mehr. Für Bank Ein/Auszahlungen würde ich ja noch verstehen aber hier geht es um LTC von wenigen Hundert Dollar.

ja, das wird zukünftig leider völlig normal, wie man hier und in dem anderen EU thread sieht:

Einige Börsen machen das halt jetzt schon mehr oder weniger streng, damit die Banken weiterhin mit denen zusammenarbeiten. Die machen das natürlich nicht weil sie die Kunden vergraulen wollen, sondern weil sie sonst dicht machen können. Regulierung halt... =/

von sowas habe ich bisher nur bei coinbase gehört (vor~3-4 Jahren, coins von/zu localbitcoins durfte man auch nicht senden). Aber vermutlich wird auch so eine Meldung in Zukunft häufiger, da die meisten Seiten sowas nur nicht anmerken, weil sie nicht wissen woher die coins kommen...

Also ja, ist eine sehr blöde Entwicklung und leider nicht spezifisch zu Cex.io =(

Wollte eben Bescheid geben das ich meine Coins ausgezahlt bekommen lassen habe von Cex.IO sie mir bei nochmaligen Verstoß die Kündigung angekündigt haben.

Ich nehme somit Abstand von den Laden

Dann wirste in naher Zukunft Abstand von allen Börsen nehmen müssen. Die Regulierungen der EU scheinen immer einfach durchgewunken zu werden.

Jemand kleistert irgendwas auf Papier und es wird einfach abgenickt 

Kanada ist auch so übel drauf, die müssen nicht auf andere Länder warten wie in der EU. Da wird heute gelabert und norgen isses Gesetz. Seit Kim Jong Trudeau am durchdrehn ist wirds mit Notstandsgesetzen immer schlimmer. Wie der Vater so der Sohn.

Janet Yellen hingegen hats geschnallt. Lieber die Vorteile von Krypto nutzen statt draufzuhauen und 10-20 Jahre später der Entwicklung hinterherzulaufen. Das kann vor allem Deutschland sehr gut.

Nee, du musst immer den Umweg über deine Wallet machen.

Auch auf dem Rückweg wenn du wieder zur Börse hinsendest.
