Hilfe für Bittrex Help needed nach Kontoeröffnung after opening of account no withdrawal possible and need enhanced verification 0 withdrawal

erhalte nach Eröffnung meines Kontos bei Bittrex die Mitteilung das keine witdrawals möglich sind 0 withdrawal wegen angelbl. Name matching issues

nicht möglich deshalb ist eine enhanced verification durch jumio bzw. deren App Netverify erforderlich diese habe ich jedoch nach X versuchen nicht ins Laufen 

gebracht. Hat da jemand Erfahrung damit bzw. jemals bei Bittrex diesen enhanced Verification process ins Laufen gebracht? für eine Info wäre ich äußerst dankbar

after opening of my account at Bittrex I recieve the info that no withdawal is possible unless I go through the so called inhanced verification process though jumio 

namely their app Netverify which I could not put in place nor could I start the process at all - has someone experience  to help me out. I would be really  greatful.

Ich habe dieselbe Meldung, kann aber weiterhin in begrenztem Umfang abheben, da ich ein relativ altes Konto habe. Soweit ich mich erinnere, kann man sich auch per Einsendung von Ausweis-Scans verifizieren, oder?
