Hey all,
First time poster here... "and so it has come to this".
Back in 2013 or 2014 I opened up a wallet with Bitcoin.de. At the time, they were allocating 0.01BTC into every new account. I was one of the lucky recipients.
Fast forward to 2019 and I'd like to move what I have in the account into a cold wallet. Herein lies the problem. I cannot withdraw my coins without the mobile number I signed up with. That number is long gone.
So I e-mail support. A year ago. I have sent e-mail after e-mail (some even translated into German), yet I have never received a response. Not one.
Any advice on how I should deal with this?
TLDR; Bitcoin.de has not responded to my support requests. It has been nearly a year.
