Hallo meine Lieben, es ist sicherlich nicht meine Art herumzuheulen oder rumzubetteln, aber in dem Fall bin ich echt schon verzweifelt. Ende 2013 stand mein Account im Minerpool 50BTC.com bei zunächst 136 später nur noch 115.50315094 Bitcoins In der Zeit wurde 50BTC.com angeblich gehackt und irgendjemand buchte fröhlich ab, während meine Buchungsaufträge an Bitcoin.de nicht ausgeführt wurden. Als ich mich schriftlich mit Nachweis meiner Miningergebnisse, API Nummer, Screenshots diverser Software bei einem Accountstatus von 88.62820453 BTC and die Betreiber des Pools gewandt. Diese versprachen sich darum zu kümmenr. Das ergebnis war, meine Bitcoins im Account wurden auf NULL gesetzt und seit dem gab es keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Ich habe die schon mit Mails zugebombt... NICHTS. Nicht nur das mir der damalige hohe Wechselkurs (Accountwert lag bei ca 100.000 Euro) verloren ging, selbst eine Teilkompensation wurde nicht mal in Betracht gezogen. Seit Ende 2013 musste ich nicht nur einige alte Miner verkaufen, sondern auch Miningpartner von mir Ausbezahlen (ich bin eben jemand der seine Verprechen einhält!!) Selbstlos, dumm ?!? Wie auch immer, noch immer reagieren die Leute von 50BTC gar nicht. Ich will ja weder die 136 noch die 115 BTC ich wäre froh zumindest die letzten 88 Bitcoins noch zu erhalten !!! Hat es da Sinn Rechtlich was zu machen (wobei ich mir auch einen Anwalt nichtmal mehr leisten kann), hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen und sein Geld/Coins gesehen ? Ich bin echt verzweifelt, mir geht langsam der Saft aus ! Im Anhang mal meine letzte Mail an diesen "Miningpool" - oder sind es Betrüger ?!?! For more than one year I am asking you to help me… AND you promissed me after sending my details, screenshots and all to compensate my loss. I did not expect to get ALL but at least 10-50 % After I have send my screenshots and all my informations to show that my claim is based on facts I never got any reaction back. Did you make any legal steps against the hackers ? Did you thought about the trouble people like me who trusted in your pool are still having due to the loss of a lot of coins and MONEY ?!?! I had about 115 Bitcoins of which 26 where stolen immediately and the last 88 Coins were purely just DELETED by you after I have required my payout to protect it from another hack on your servers. As a victim I am not just shocked that I lost nearly 100,000 Euros !!! But also that YOU did not do anything to help me ! To compensate my trouble by at least booking back on my account my 115 Bitcoins or at least the last shown 88 !!! I´am disappointed so much, did you planned any legal steps against the hackers ?Did you have an insurance ?
