Hi, sorry I can't write German very well. I completed the Video-ident process a few hours ago however I did not receive any confirmation via email and my current purchasing limit is still only 2,500 euros. Is this normal? How long does it normally take for the full identification to reflect in my account? Many thanks, Shreem
