You should keep in mind that the token offers a 4% fixed coupon paid annually (1% quarterly) + 6% variable coupon also paid out annually If you take into account that the token is immediately liquid at the moment of the purchase and that you can also immediately tradable in the market, the interests that the token pays out is high enough to consider.
