Weiterhin ist noch nicht höchstrichterlich entschieden, ob Gewinne aus der Veräußerung von Kryptowährungen überhaupt steuerpflichtig sind (auch innerhalb der ein-Jahresfrist ist dies noch nicht höchstrichterlich entschieden). Hatte mir mein Steuerberater kürzlich mal mitgeteilt.
