Ich warte ja schon fast seit drei Tagen auf meine IOTAS die ich von Bitfinex überwiesen habe , daraufhin habe ich den Support angeschrieben.
Gerade habe ich eine Antwort erhalten...
Kurzform: Sie haben sehr viele Überweisungen, sie sind an daran ihre Kapazitäten auszubauen, man soll wegen einer Überweisung nicht den Support anschreiben, verzögert nochmals alles weil sie sich dann nicht um die Überweisungen kümmern können, festsitzende Überweisungen bemerkt das System selbstständig, die Mitarbeiter die Überweisungen bearbeiten können sind aus Sicherheitsgründen begrenzt.. bla bla bla.....
Jetzt bin ich aber sowas von beruhigt....

Due to the large numbers of withdrawal requests we are currently handling, some are taking longer for us to process. The reason for the delay is that the wallet clients are reaching the capacity limits of the number of transactions that they can process per hour.
We are working on adding resources and optimising the processes of handling transactions in order to clear the queue of pending transactions as soon as possible.
That said, opening a support ticket for a withdrawal that is in "processing" state will not help send out the withdrawal faster, they will be sent out as quickly as possible with or without alerting us through a ticket. We would like to ask you not to open a support ticket for withdrawals taking longer than you would expect as that will cause our support staff to be unable to answer all other users who have questions and waiting for a reply.
We will always see a stuck withdrawal as we get alerted automatically about these and we always do our very best to have all withdrawals sent to the blockchain as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee instant withdrawals. When a withdrawal gets stuck in the processing queue it will be reviewed and processed. Unfortunately, to the enormous number of transactions and the fact that manually reviewing transaction is a time-consuming process, this can cause delays as the number of admins with the level of privilege required to be able to process these kinds of transactions is limited for security reasons.
If you have time-sensitive withdrawals we advise you to set up a local wallet and make payments from there.
