I have been trying to contact somebody via the contact form for the last couple of days but I have had no response. I am trying to confirm that you have received my payment to confirm my ID as I am unable to transfer funds out until you do.

Would you be able to point me in the direction of a staff member please? Since I have sent payment, it has been impossible to contact anybody and will have to issue a chargeback if the issue is not resolved.
